Our properties include full utilities and starter living essentials, including water, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, bedding, kitchenware, furniture, designated off-street parking, and a TV.

We require each prospective guest to complete an application and a background check for approval. Our application and background check fee is $50.

Guests are required to submit a $500 refundable security deposit and purchase renter’s insurance prior to their stay.

For guests bringing pets, we do require a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

No, smoking and/or vaping are not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up all the remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will be liable to pay a $250 smoke ozone treatment. Thanks for helping us keep our properties safe and clean!
